Submitted request for upweller information for Old Mill Boat Yard Pier Reconfiguration<br />

Begin developing PowerPoint presentation for three scheduled speaking engagements<br />

Replaced missing “no shellfishing” signs (storm related damage)<br />

Shellfish Advisory Committee<br />

Discussion on proposed dock for Capri Lane Association on Oyster Pond and impacts on<br />

shellfish and shellfish habitat<br />

Concluded discussion on new proposed razor clam fishery regulations. Recommended<br />

language submitted to <strong>Town</strong> Counsel for review<br />

WATER QUALITY LABORATORY<br />

Continued relocation/setup <strong>of</strong> laboratory facilities into new laboratory in wastewater<br />

treatment facility Operations Building<br />

Demobilization and winterization <strong>of</strong> equipment from 30 monitoring stations part <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Coastal Water Quality Nutrient Monitoring Program and Pleasant Bay Alliance Water<br />

Quality Monitoring Program.<br />

PERMIT OFFICE<br />

The Sticker (Permit) Office closed <strong>of</strong> the season in September 2012, the Office will re-open in<br />

spring 2013. Beach, Transfer Station, and Recycling stickers, and Shellfish licenses are available<br />

from the Health & Environment Department (upstairs at 261 George Ryder Rd) Monday to<br />

Friday from 9 AM to Noon and Monday to Thursday 2 PM to 4 PM (<strong>of</strong>fice is closed Friday<br />

afternoons). 2012-2013 applications are available on the town’s website at:<br />
