Lime Hill Road Pumping Station<br />

Daily inspections and checks <strong>of</strong> the station were performed.<br />

Daily, weekly and monthly O&M requirements were met and completed utilizing<br />

computerized maintenance program work orders.<br />

Meadowview Road Pumping Station<br />

Daily inspections and checks <strong>of</strong> the station were performed.<br />

Daily, weekly and monthly O&M requirements were met and completed utilizing<br />

computerized maintenance program work orders.<br />

We continue to experience issues with pump # 1 failing to run in automatic. We are<br />

working with representatives <strong>of</strong> GHD, Hayes Pump/Gorman Rupp and MECO to resolve<br />

the issue.<br />

Horeseshoe Lane Pumping Station<br />

Daily inspections and checks <strong>of</strong> the station were performed.<br />

Daily, weekly and monthly O&M requirements were met and completed utilizing<br />

computerized maintenance program work orders.<br />

Barn Hill Road Pumping Station<br />

Daily inspections and checks <strong>of</strong> the station were performed.<br />

Daily, weekly and monthly O&M requirements were met and completed utilizing<br />

computerized maintenance program work orders.<br />

National Grid responded to a possible natural gas leak at the pumping station. Upon<br />

arrival, they determined that it was not a leak. The cause <strong>of</strong> the odor appears to be with<br />

the station’s odor control unit. GHD, Meco and the unit’s manufacturer have been<br />

notified <strong>of</strong> the problem and are currently working to identify and resolve the issue.<br />

Collection Station and Forcemain<br />

Grease trap inspections for the month <strong>of</strong> February were performed and completed.<br />

Dig safe mark outs are up to date.<br />

As a precaution, we jet washed the Kate Gould Park sewer line.<br />

J.W. Dubis Co. temporarily repaired (plated and buried) a manhole located in the<br />

intersection <strong>of</strong> Old Harbor and Depot Roads that was damaged by a snow plow. Final<br />

repair will occur this spring.<br />
