COMPANIES
facturers like Bombardier or Embraer are present), and
mature markets like France but with a high workload.
The next goal of the company to keep on growing internationally
is to setting up of new offices in the UK and
Germany, markets in which LTK is already working with
local partners. “We are expanding our presence in the
aviation industry but also our size and operating network,
and do not rule out in the future to also expand collaboration
agreements with partners in other countries in
The company manages the A400M
logistics center in Seville and also
works for other programmes such as
A350, A330 MRTT, C295 and CN235
growth”, says Jesus Aznar, LTK Group CEO.
The company started in 2013 its internationalization
plan through an intense commercial work with different
stakeholders of the aviation sector, and attending major
aeronautical business meetings and trade fairs, as Aeromart
Toulouse, ADM Seville, Aerospace Meetings Casablanca,
Aerospace Meetings Lisbon and Aerotrends in Bilbao.
“Our success is based not only on knowledge and expertise
in the aviation industry, but also on the identification
of the industry needs in general, and the needs
of each customer, in particular”, Jesus Aznar says. In
recent years the company has continued on innovating
to offer better services to its customers that complete
the portfolio of activities of the Group, as the
management of obsolete materials, document management
linked to aeronautics and management of
supply chain integrated process from beginning to end.
Smart and connected supply chain
The LTK Group has set another objective: to develop
a long-term and close cooperation with its customers
to provide the more accurate and efficient service
as possible. This allows to clients to focus their
resources on their core activity without worrying
about the operations logistics processes. “We detect
and solve the problems identified in the supply
chain of our customers, saving costs for them”, said
Jesus Aznar.
LTK bets on a different concept of logistics services supply,
integrated in what is called “Industry 4.0” or “Factory
of the Future”: the smart and connected supply
chain. This new concept of supply chain offers a continued
monitoring of physical flows, based on digital technologies,
which allows the company to manage the
value of automation, transparency and control of processes,
saving costs and time. Indeed, a connected supply
chain allows identifying the product throughout
the manufacturing process, so a better response is possible
if any change happens.
“Our global service covers the entire aerospace supply
chain and manages all flows (material, financial, computing
system), providing best practices. Our expertise
in the methodology and mechanisms of cooperation in
production, and our commitment to a connected supply
chain ensures the scalability of our services, so that
they can adapt to the growth of workload without losing
quality”, states LTK CEO.
In short, LTK aims to continue improving its service portfolio
with new value-added solutions that facilitate the
work of its clients, becoming the perfect partner to optimize
logistics processes of aeronautics supply chain in
Spain and in countries of international growth.
