TECNOLOGÍA
Así, AERTEC Solutions lidera el proyecto ECORPAS
(“Diseño de una Aeronave Remotamente Pilotada con
Unidad de Potencia Basada en Pila de Combustible
para Aplicaciones de Monitorización Medioambiental”);
iniciativa “Composites Termoestables Reparables, Reprocesables
SOCIO EN I+D
y Desarrollo On Line), que serán desarrollados a
Environment to Empower Resources and Mindfulness
within an Aeronautical Enterprise), HEFESTO (High
Efficient Factory Based On Complex Concepts In The
Digital Mockup), NEBULA (Nueva Generación de Sistemas
de Ensamblaje Flexibles Ultraligeros) y AI2X (Sistema
Integral Avanzado De Pruebas Funcionales Aeronáuticas).
the new philosophy of the “Industry 4.0”, testing systems,
electrical systems, and aircraft or applications
with unmanned aerial platforms (UAS / RPAS), among
others.
Overall, Airbus Group leads many of the initiatives
of the Innterconecta-ERDF call although we
must underline the participation of Andalusian companies
that promote and coordinate projects in various
consortia. This is the case of AERTEC Solutions,
Ghenova, Ayesa Air Control, MDU (Carbures Group),
CT Ingenieros, Sofitec, Aernnova, Intec-Air or Elimco.
The Center for Advanced Aerospace Technologies
(CATEC) also participates in most of the projects, consolidating
the role that is developing in supporting R&
D of the companies in the sector in Andalusia.
AERTEC Solutions leads ECORPAS project (“Design of
RPAS with Power Unit Based on Fuel Cell System for
Environmental Monitoring Applications”); MDU heads
NIOBE project (“New Technologies initiative for electrical
interconnection network in Aeronautics”); Ghenova
leads APIA project (“Airport Pavement Index Assesment”)
and CT Ingenieros the FADO project (“Laser
Additive Manufacturing of large parts”).
Meanwhile, Aernnova coordinates CEMTAURO
II (“Multithreaded Cells development for Aircraft Operations:
Manufacturing, Assembly and Robotic Inspection”);
Intec-Air leads the project “Design and Manufacture
of aeronautical metal components by Selective
Laser Melting”, and Sofitec heads “Thermoset Composites
repairable, recyclable and re-processed for aeronautics
and automotive applications”. Finally, Ayesa Air
Control will carry out “Development of an advanced
information system for detection and neutralization
of threats with Drones”; and Elimco heads “Multirole
active system for UAVs recovery” and “Multipurpose
autonomous vehicle for different roles and environments
in oceanic operations”.
Other projects should be noticed: AWIMAS (Aeronautical
Wiring System Management) and APOLO (Turboprop
wings through logistic optimization and on
line development) taking place at Airbus Defence &
Space facilities in Andalusia. The Airbus Group will also
coordinate other national initiatives such as “Automation
and Robustness in glued joints”; HERMES (Helping
Environment to Empower Resources and Mindfulness
within an Aeronautical Enterprise), HEFESTO (High
Efficient Factory Based On Complex Concepts In The
Digital Mockup), NEBULA (New Generation of Flexible
and Ultra-light Assembly Systems) and AI2X (Advanced
Integrated System of aeronautical functional tests).
