EL PATRONATO DE HÉLICE HACE BALANCE DEL AÑO Y
APRUEBA SU AGENDA PARA 2016
El Patronato de HÉLICE celebró el pasado 22 de diciembre
su última sesión del 2015 en la que se hizo balance de
las actividades desarrolladas durante el año y se presentó
el plan de actuaciones e iniciativas a llevar a cabo en 2016.
Asimismo, se presentaron y aprobaron los presupuestos
de la entidad para el nuevo ejercicio y se analizaron otras
cuestiones y temas de interés para el sector aeroespacial
andaluz, como la puesta en marcha del nuevo portal AE-
RONET para la cadena de suministro (desarrollado por
HÉLICE), o la nueva aplicación tecnológica app para su
uso en dispositivos móviles. El Patronato contó con la
presencia del presidente de HÉLICE, Joaquín Rodríguez
Grau, y el director de HÉLICE, Arturo de Vicente.

BALANCE AND ITS AGENDA FOR 2016
The Board of Trustees of HÉLICE held on December 22 nd
the last session of 2015 in which were analyzed the activities
developed during the year. The action plan and
the budget for 2016 were also submitted and approved,
as other issues and topics of interest to the Andalusian
aerospace like the launch of the new Suppliers Platform
AERONET (developed by HÉLICE), or the new app. The
meeting was attended by HÉLICE’s president, Joaquín
Rodríguez Grau, and HÉLICE’s managing director, Arturo
de Vicente.

PROYECTO EUROPEO
“RUE AERO”
HELICE PARTICIPATES IN THE
EUROPEAN PROJECT “RUE AERO”
La Comisión Europea ha aprobado el proyecto “RUE
AERO” (Reaching Up to Excellence in Aerospace Cluster
Management) presentado por la Asociación Europea de
Clústeres Aeroespaciales (EACP), y en el que participa
HÉLICE. Esta iniciativa está dirigida a mejorar la calidad
en la gestión de los clústeres aeroespaciales europeos,
así como a hacer a EACP más eficiente. Para ello se elaborará
un manual de las mejores prácticas para gestionar
un Cluster Aeroespacial, y se impartirá formación a un
grupo de Clústeres dentro de EACP, para que al menos 5
de ellos puedan obtener el siguiente nivel de excelencia
que tengan acreditado, a través de la Secretaría Europea
de Análisis de Clústeres (ESCA). La iniciativa se inició en
enero de 2016 y tendrá una duración de 18 meses. Además
de HÉLICE, participan otros clústeres socios de EACP
como Hamburg Aviation, Aerospace Valley, HEGAN, PE-
MAS, Niedersachsen Aviation, Pôle Pégase, Berlin-Brandenburg
Aerospace Alliance, y Campania Aerospace Technological
District.
The European Commission has approved the project “RUE
AERO” (Reaching Up to Excellence in Aerospace Cluster
Management) submitted by the European Aerospace Cluster
Partnership (EACP), and in which HELICE takes part. This
initiative is aimed at improving the quality of the European
aerospace clusters management, and making the EACP
even more efficient. One of the objectives is to create a
manual of best practices for managing an aerospace cluster.
It further focuses on the improvement of cluster performance
through the acquisition of new know-how and
tools thanks to a combination of training, benchmarking
and quality evaluation. At least 5 partners will achieve the
next certification level within this project by the European
Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (ESCA). The initiative began
in January 2016 and will last 18 months. The RUE AERO
project consortium consists of the following EACP partners:
HÉLICE Cluster, Hamburg Aviation, Aerospace Valley,
HEGAN, PEMAS, Niedersachsen Aviation, Pôle Pégase,
Berlin-Brandenburg Aerospace Alliance and Campania
Aerospace Technological District.
