Air cooled free-cooling liquid chillers PLANT TYPE RC GROUP liquid chillers: wide range of units in terms of models, compressors, refrigerants. FREE-COOLING LIQUID CHILLERS Liquid chillers with built-in indirect SRC free-cooling system are specifically designed to reduce energy consumption where cooling energy is required even in wintertime and mid-season, as required in air conditioning systems for information technology, communication and industrial cooling. The units are equipped with a combined system to use outdoor air for water free cooling or precooling. Thanks to a proprietary control logic developed by RC through a 30-year experience in production of these chillers, the energy saving achieved through this type of chillers is always the maximum allowed by the outdoor air temperature, without any compromise. These chillers are available also in OPTIMIZER version, internationally patented, able to multiply the energy savings achieved through indirect free-cooling solutions specially in areas with a temperate climate. Also this range of units is available both with axial and centrifugal fans for indoor installations. ELN RANGE (EXTREMELY LOW NOISE) For over 20 years RC Group has offered a standard <strong>catalogue</strong>d range of units designed specifically to provide the "lowest noise emission" equipment on the market. The design and continuous development of the ELN range has avoided using "bolt-on" acoustic kits, adding weight and reducing the serviceability of the equipment but instead has concentrated on removing the sound emissions at "source". By careful selection of matched components and innovative design of the condensing coil surface and airflow distribution, the ELN range has evolved into one of the quietest and thermally efficient Packaged Chillers in today's market place. This one solution grants : high efficiency, extremely low sound emissions and easy maintenance, no need to remove heavy noise reduction kits or acoustic barriers. The performance and durability of the RC Group solution lasts with time, unlike that of the materials of the "bolt-on" sound reduction kits that can decay over time.
