We can see that there are differing views as to the cleanliness level of our toilets. We appreciate such feedback<br />

and are constantly improving our efforts to ensure world-class standards on the upkeep of our facilities.<br />

Some of our toilets in KLIA have been<br />

refurbished for greater comfort and we<br />

have also increased monitoring<br />

frequencies to every 15 minutes during<br />

peak hours in order to provide<br />

consistent service. We have also<br />

introduced a hotline number where<br />

visitors are able to provide feedback<br />

for immediate rectification.<br />
