companies or local designers trying to achieve fame and<br />

She also said, "This is a brutal and competitive industry and if<br />

She added that artists and designers should mould and invest<br />
themselves into becoming business-oriented people.<br />
"Although the marriage of these two (categories) hasn't been a<br />
merry one in the past, time has evolved and one ought to know<br />
how to turn their passion into a sustainable commercial plan."<br />
She said local startups should hire a team that "subscribes<br />
to your vision and find a mentor that will invest in your<br />
development and the recognition shall come in due course."<br />
