Nature Writing in Parks
This presentation will describe an intergenerational nature writing
mental clarity and problem solving skills. Since the 1980s over
200 studies on reflective writing demonstrate positive impact
on physical and emotional health and working memory. This
community program combined these two powerful modalities.
research, identifying a proactive approach to brain health.
