One more example is development
and testing of the technical facilities
set, designated for quality increase
of the installed cement bridges and
reduction of costs at carrying out of
these works:
• support device for installation of
cement bridges, type 1210;
• packer-plug for installation of
cement bridges, type 1250.
A differential peculiarity of the
developed technical facilities is that,
in applying them, high-technology
construction of the bridge is
possible to be carried per one
round-trip, without the necessity to
carry out additional round-trips with
the aim of delivery of the device to
the place of its installation and its
activation.
The technical facilities set,
designated for carrying out of
cementing of the casing strings
though the stinger, has been
created. At present, this cementing
method grows in popularity in
Russia. The use of this technology
allows to increase the quality of
cementing of the casing strings of
big diameter (from 324 mm and
more) by means of pumping of
the cement solution in the annular
space through the stinger (pipe
string of small diameter, in most
cases – a drill string), connected
directly to the back valve or the
pad device through a special
connector. In case of such method
of cementing, the cementing slurry
is forced through by the cement
plug, which is a part of the supply
package, through the stinger
directly in the annular space. So,
the possibility of formation of a
considerable mixing zone of the
cementing slurry and the technical
fluids is excluded, which usually
takes place during their movement
in the casing string of big standard
size.
The project “BITART”, which is
joint work of “ART-Osnastka”,
JSC and the largest Russian
developer and manufacturer of the
tool for drilling and well-workover
operation LLC SPE “BURINTEKH”,
has been successfully developed.
The project “BITART” has been
conceived with the aim of joint
development and market launch of
the modern tooling for cementing
of casing strings, which is not
inferior to foreign analogues in
terms of quality and provided
functional capabilities. Having
started to exist in 2014 with
mastering of serial production of
three product names, today more
than twenty types of different
equipment in several dozens of
possible for order modifications
are made under the guidance the
project “BITART”:
• string shoes (with one or two
back valves, plastic or aluminium
float plug, eccentric, rotating and
reaming);
• collars with a back valve (with
one or two back valves, an
autofilling function and fixation
from rotation);
• upper and lower cement plugs
(with fixation from rotation and
without fixation).
The whole developed tooling is
completely adapted to drilling
over with PDC boring cutters,
which have gained practically
universal application in the whole
world. During the development
process this aspect is paid great
attention to. The specialists of both
companies have jointly carried out
a lot of testbed and field tests on
drilling over of the stringup and
selection of optimum drilling over
modes.
A comprehensive range of made
within the framework of the project
“BITART” products, their high
quality, functional capabilities
and short terms of production
and supply have made this brand
popular and high-demand at the
oilfield service market. Today, more
than 8.5 thousand units of products
have been produced within the
framework of the project “BITART”,
which have found their use during
construction of a large number
of different wells practically in all
corners of our country.
In conclusion it should be noted
that the 17th international exhibition
“Neftegas-2017” will be held at
the Central Exhibition Complex
‘Expocentre” in Moscow in the
period from the April, 17 to April,
20, 2017. “ART-Osnastka”, JSC
will again be present at the
exhibition as the participant and
will present its own exposition.
The latest scientific and technical
achievements of “ART-Osnastka”
will be demonstrated on stand
№1F40 in the first hall of the
exhibition complex. The participants
of the exhibition will manage
to familiarize themselves with
presented exhibit items and to
ensure that the offered equipment
and technologies are really modern
and possess the stated technical
characteristics.
