HOW DO DOMESTIC DRILLING COMPANIES CREATE A COMFORTABLE CLIMATE ON THEIR PRODUCTION ENTERPRISES? The work with young specialists in SSC typically starts before their employment and includes production practice and probation: SSC cooperates actively with country’s leading higher institutions, participates in Career days, Vacancy fairs, conducts meetings with students and postgraduates. Graduates from the top industry higher institutions of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Tomsk, Tyumen and other cities are working on the enterprise. Novices are given young specialist’s status for five years and it provides certain privileges and warranties to be used for further development. Besides, an experienced trainer is assigned to each young specialist.
