The human capital is evaluated in SSC to be one of the major components of the company success. SSC holds a forum for young specialists every year, with the central event being a scientific and technical conference. Representatives of all company regional offices give reports at this conference. The main goal is to present innovative solutions. Providing charity support to various establishments involved in the treatment and education of adults and children: nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, children sports schools, hospitals. Every year employees take part in the corporate Olympics and ecological cleanup days held in all cities where SSC is present. SSC holds a firm place on the home market, and under the estimates given in different years, it has around 7% share of the annual drilling volume in Russia. Today SSC is more than 4.6 thousand work places. Brigades and specialists are holders of industry and state awards. By all its history SSC shows that an independent Russian company is capable to exist on the market and sustain competition with dignity. Trust of the best representatives of oil and gas industry being Siberian Service Company partners and customers is the best proof for this. More than a hundred of persons receive annually deserved corporate and state awards, or are marked by Customers and partners. The best workers are honored at special events in all regions. High professional level of SSC’s Tomsk regional office has been pointed by the Deputy General Director for Drilling of Messoyakhaneftegaz JSC Kirill Vorontsov when congratulating the company on its 17th anniversary: ‘17 years is a decent age for a company that is successful on the Russian oil servicing market. SSC’s great merit is that it keeps highly qualified specialists on its staff for such a long period of time.
