their nutritional value. Often, the cooking process cuts back the amount of vitamins in<br />

food. When choosing to cook vegetables, steaming is always the best option. Vegetables<br />

that are flash frozen are high in nutrients; make sure that you do not overcook them.<br />

When eating vegetables, steam them or eat them raw. Cooking can deplete the vitamins<br />

in food. Your best bet is to steam vegetables, as this will retain many of these nutrients.<br />

Frozen vegetables are great, too.<br />
