USE A NOURISHING BODY WASH<br />

Many body washes work to dry the<br />

skin. To prevent this, use body washes<br />

with plenty of vitamins and moisturizers.<br />

The vitamins help regenerate your skin,<br />

and the moisturizers will help your skin<br />

retain its healthy moisture balance.<br />

Harsh soaps are horrible to use on dry<br />

skin. Many soaps are drying, so go for a<br />

nourishing body wash to use on your body.<br />

Bubble bath is also very harsh on dry skin.<br />

A good alternative is using bath oil or<br />

oatmeal body wash that will soothe any dry,<br />

itchy skin. Make it a habit of moisturizing<br />

as soon as you have bathed and dried off.<br />

When using skin care products, it’s vital<br />

that you are using them on a consistent<br />

basis. Frequent use will give your favorite<br />

skin care products time to achieve the<br />

things, you may find it beneficial to<br />

keep your products where you’re able<br />

to notice them. For example, on your<br />

HANDS AND FEET<br />

Many people tend to concentrate on<br />

their face, arms, and legs, and forget<br />

their feet and hands. To keep your feet<br />

from being dry, apply a lot of moisturizer<br />

to them and throw on some cotton socks<br />

before bedtime. For hands, use a heavy<br />

duty moisturizer and wear cotton gloves<br />

or socks for approximately two hours.<br />

You will begin to notice a difference in<br />

your skin immediately.<br />
