Try to reduce the amount of times you use<br />

a blow dryer. Heated air that comes from<br />

dryers can cause great damage, so air<br />

blow dryer, set it to cool, then continuously<br />

move it around your head, so no one part<br />

strokes, moving from top to bottom gently.<br />
