Popping on Phuket Layan

From December 15, 2017 through to March 15, 2018, fans

of contemporary Japanese food can enjoy the creative

twists of Zuma, a pop-up restaurant on the beach of

Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. Inspired by informal izakaya

Japanese dining, Zuma’s pop-up at Sala Layan, the resort’s

beachfront restaurant offers dishes to be shared and

savoured. Popular choices that made Zuma an international

favourite with their award-winning menu include spicy

beef tenderloin with sesame, yellowtail slices with green

chillies and miso-marinated black cod. Diners can also enjoy

dishes from the robata grill alongside the freshest sushi and

sashimi. phuket-layan.anantara.com, +66 (0) 76 317 200
