It is a translation of (Cevap Veremedi) into English. Harputlu Ishâk Effendi explains how the Bible - the true book revealed to Isa 'alaihis-salam - was distorted; how words that belonged to people were put into firstly written four Gospels; that the theory of trinity is erroneous; the belief of Tawhid (the unity of Allahu ta’ala) in Islam. Besides, a few very precious letters - a food of a soul by Muhammad Ma’sûm-î Fârûkî - take place. Information about Judaism, Torah and Talmud is also given.

heavens shall darken:” “And then shall appear the sign of the Son<br />

of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn,<br />

and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven<br />

with power and great glory.” “And he shall send his angels with a<br />

great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect<br />

from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.” (Matt:<br />

24-29, 30, 31) “Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not<br />

pass, till all these things be fulfilled.” (ibid: 34) “But of that day<br />

and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my<br />

Father only.” (ibid: 36)<br />

If the âyat-i-kerîmas of Qur’ân al-kerîm concerning the events<br />

towards the end of the world were compiled, they would make up<br />

a book bigger than the sum of the four Gospels. We shall write a<br />

few examples:<br />

The first and second âyats of Takwîr sûra purport: “When the<br />

sun loses its nûr and becomes dark and when stars darken and fall<br />

down on the earth like rain (drops).” (81-1, 2) The first, second,<br />

third, fourth and fifth âyats of Inshiqâq sûra purport: “When the<br />

sky hears the command of Allâhu ta’âlâ, obeys the command and<br />

cracks, and when the earth rightfully hears the command of its<br />

Rabb, Allâhu ta’âlâ, and throws out its contents [the dead and<br />

treasures] and becomes empty, and when the earth becomes<br />

absolutely flat, [people will see their pious deeds and sins].” (84-1,<br />

2, 3, 4, 5,) The eighth and ninth âyats of Nâziât sûra purport:<br />

“That day hearts are distressed with fear. Eyes [of the owners of<br />

these hearts] are in a contemptible manner with fear.” (79-8, 9)<br />

The fifty-first âyat of Yasîn sûra purports: “When the sûr<br />

(trumpet) is blown [the second time], people will get up from their<br />

graves and go fast towards their Rabb.” (36-51) The sixth, seventh<br />

and eighth âyats of Zilzâl sûra purport: “That day, in order to see<br />

the rewards for their deeds, people will go to the place of<br />

Judgement in groups. Any person who has done the tiniest<br />

amount of good shall see it, [get its reward]. Any person who has<br />

done the tiniest amount of evil shall be punished for it.” (99-6, 7,<br />

8) [Everybody, whether a Believer or a disbeliever, shall see on<br />

the Day of Judgement what has been done in the world. If a<br />

Believer is sunnî, that person shall be forgiven for the sins<br />

(committed and then repented and) made tawba for in the world,<br />

and shall be given thawâb (rewards) for his or her good deeds.<br />

The good deeds of disbelievers and holders of bid’at, i.e. those<br />

Believers who have (blurred their belief with) aberrant tenets,<br />

shall be spurned, and they shall be punished for their atrocities.<br />
