conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by
the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what
is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of
God. For I say through the grace given unto me, to
every man that is among you, not to think of
himself more highly than he ought to think; but
think soberly, according as God has dealt to every
man the measure of faith. For as we have many
members in one body, and all members have not
the same office, so we, being many, are one body
in Christ, and every one members one of another."
This is a sermon which needs to be presented to
the people. The question of health reform is not
agitated as it must and will be. A simple diet, and
the entire absence of drugs, leaving nature free to
recuperate the wasted energies of the body, would
make our sanitariums far more effectual in
restoring the sick to health. The intellectual and
moral energies of Christians need to be awakened.
Far less money and time should be given to the
table, and more to the advancement of missionary
work in our land. Cooks should be thought of, and
their strength saved as much as possible, for they
