they accustomed to plain, wholesome food, their<br />

appetites would not crave unnatural luxuries <strong>and</strong><br />

mixed preparations. Education, habit, <strong>and</strong> custom<br />

make it difficult to reconstruct the family<br />

arrangements. Meat given to children is not the<br />
