Exercise 8 – Making a plan<br />
Choose one pastime that you want to do in the near future – preferably something you have<br />
never done but really want to do, or something you used to do a long time ago and want to<br />
do again.<br />
Write down a plan to make room for this pastime in your life. For example if you really want to<br />
go to a concert, you may need to start saving for the ticket, etc. Do you anticipate any problems in<br />
trying to achieve your goal (e.g. finding the time to do it)? Devise ways to deal with any problems<br />
that may get in the way of you achieving your goal.<br />
