Exercise 4 – Why not say Thank you?<br />
Sometimes thanking someone can seem difficult. Why? What would make it easier to thank<br />
someone?<br />
Exercise 5 – Appreciating those who help you<br />
a) Look back over the list of people you noted in Exercise 1. Pause for a moment to acknowledge the<br />
help they have given you and to feel thankful for that. Consider someone you would especially<br />
like to thank. Create a thank-you card or write a letter to practise what you would like to say to<br />
them.<br />
