the business operations on active accounts.5 Prevention of negative<br />
results from business operations and determination of reserves to<br />
ensure OJSC MMK’s financial stability.<br />

investment (integration) projects.2 MMK Group’s strategic<br />
planning.3 Initiation of corporate (integration), strategic and<br />
prioritized investment projects and determination of priorities for<br />
the MMK Group’s development.4 Development of OJSC MMK’s<br />
Technical Development Program and Investment Program.<br />

functioning of its share equity and securities.2 Identification,<br />
analysis, assessment and management of risks associated with the<br />
