• subject – a number of services concerning the maintenance of mechanical and power equipment, utilities,
communications and transfer devices of Coke and Chemical By-Product Division of OJSC MMK;
• settlement procedure – payment is made prior to the 10th of the current month at the rate of 50% of the estimated cost of
work, with final payment to be made within 20 days after the signing of the acceptance certificate.
