terminate it or reconsider its terms at least 30 days prior to the validity period of the Agreement;
• services price at the rate of services cost with a margin of 5%.

having affect during the shipment, or with the Contractual price negotiation memorandum with the discount not
exceeding 19,95%.

terminate it or reconsider its terms at least 30 days prior to the validity period of the Agreement;
• price at the rate of services cost with a margin of 7%.
