• for the purpose of OJSC MMK’s debt repayment under Surety Agreement # 87555/152447 the Bank has the right to
debit funds without further authorization from OJSC MMK’s bank account # 407028107723300010098 with the Bank’s
Magnitogorsk branch # 1693;
• validity period – from the date of signing of the agreement till termination of OJSC MMK’s obligations under Surety
Agreement # 87555/152447.
The beneficiary under the transaction is Joint-stock Commercial Savings Bank of the Russian Federation (Sberbank of
Russia) (OJSC).
