Organization «Medical Care Unit of the City Administration of Magnitogorsk and OJSC MMK», on the following terms:
• subject – organization and rendering of medical services to the OJSC MMK’s workers;
• settlement procedure – within 30 banking days from the date of service rendering on the basis of the invoice;
• validity – till 31.12.2011. The contract is considered extended for next year if one month prior to the contract expiration
date neither of the parties announces its intention to terminate the contract;
• price of services according to the price of preliminary and periodic medical examination.
