to talk about bonded foam, an<br />
important raw material for the<br />
mattress industry, for which we<br />
have prepared a comprehensive<br />
coverage. Stating that they had<br />
produced visco bonded foam,<br />
which is a special product developed<br />
for gaining extra softness<br />
and comfort to bonded foam,<br />
Biricik noted that this high recycling-rate<br />
product was preferred<br />
to obtain high level hardness.<br />
What density production do you<br />
make?<br />
Bonded foam is made by<br />
composition of polyether foam<br />
pieces densely. We have been<br />
able to produce foam between<br />
55-180 densities. Furthermore,<br />
we produce visco bonded foam,<br />
which is a special product developed<br />
for gaining extra softness<br />
and comfort to bonded foam.
