The Ambassador Hotel itself offers sophisticated Greek cuisine,
prepared from many of the local ingredients. It combines impressive,
elaborate dishes with award-winning Santorini wine. Guests can also
request a romantic meal, while overlooking the sea— enjoying one
of life’s everlastingly special moments.
With an open space of 700 square meters and a capacity of 100
guests, the Ambassador Hotel is also a fairy tale venue for wedding
receptions. Its spa is excellent and offers a holistic treatment that uses
warm volcanic stones from the island, so one can relax and re-energise
mind and body, while sensing—in yet another way—the particular
energy of Santorini.
The hotel is a 20-minute drive from Santorini Airport and has a
heliport to accommodate arrivals by helicopter.
