Ozen at Maadhoo
Gerademal etwas mehr als zwei Jahre alt ist eines der schönsten Resorts auf den Malediven. Das Ozen by
Atmosphere at Maadhoo befindet sich im Südosten des Süd-Malé-Atolls; es ist nur 35 Minuten mit dem
Luxus-Speedboat von Malé entfernt. Die 900 Meter lange und 80 Meter breite Insel ist von feinen, weißen
Sandstränden und leuchtendem türkisfarbenen Wasser umgeben. Das Ozen ist das erste Luxury All-inclusive-
Resort auf den Malediven. Es umfasst 90 freistehende Villen in sechs Kategorien – auf der Insel und über dem
Wasser. Exklusiv bei Ozen by Atmosphere at Maadhoo ist der „Atmosphere Indulgence“- Plan, der alle Elemente

Barely more than two years old, it’s one of the most beautiful resorts in the Maldives. The Ozen by Atmosphere at
Maadhoo is located in the southeast of the South Malé Atoll, only 35 minutes away from Malé via luxury speedboat.

the first underwater restaurant in the South Malé Atoll, to

Restaurant Noma
Als vor zwei Jahren das Noma in Kopenhagen, das wohl einflussreichste Restaurant der letzten Jahrzehnte, schloss,
trugen die Gourmets in aller Welt Trauer. Neulich hat es Küchenchef René Redzepi an neuer Location wiedereröffnet:
als „urban farm“. Sie befindet sich im Stadtteil Christiania auf einem Gelände, das einst als Militärstützpunkt
diente. Errichtet wurde sie von dem gerade sehr gefragten Kopenhagener Architekturbüro BIG von Bjarke Ingels.
Die Menüs sind auf die Saison abgestimmt, dreimal im Jahr wird gewechselt: die Seafood Season ist im Winter und
Frühling, die Vegetable Season im Sommer und Frühherbst und die Game & Forest Season schließt das Jahr ab.
Und auch hier gilt: Wer Redzepis Küche verkosten will, muss sehr lange im Voraus reservieren.
When the Noma, perhaps the most influential restaurant in the last decades, closed its doors in Copenhagen two years
ago, gourmets all over the world expressed their disappointment. Not long ago, however, head chef René Redzepi
reopened it at a new location, and now as an “urban farm”. It is located in the city district of Christiania on premises
that once used to serve as a military base. It was built by Bjarke Ingels’ sought-after Copenhagen-based architectural
firm BIG. The menus are tailored to the respective seasons and are changed three times a year. Winter and spring are
seafood season, summer and early autumn vegetable season and the game & forest season concludes the year. The
same rule applies as before: Those who want to sample Redzepi’s creations must book way in advance.
