place at this private hideaway in southern Styria. The charming
host couple, Barbara and Andreas Reinisch, has now expanded
the existing selection of homes with three additional luxury
chalets – such as the “Goldfuchs” (“Golden Fox”, pictured) – with
a cool, elegant country style, a 600 m 2 dreamy natural swimming
pond and a park facility with its own sauna and fitness cube, as
well as a champagne lounge. It’s also available for bookings as a

Im Einklang mit der Natur | In tune with nature
Das besondere Augenmerk bei der Konzeption der fünf exklusiven
Chalets im Zillertal lag auf der Reduktion: rund, eckig oder oval als
gezielte architektonische Akzente in nachhaltiger Bauweise. Denn
alle verwendeten Materialien, wie die Steine der Wände und
Zirben, Fichten und Lärchen sowie Schafwolle, kamen aus der
Gegend. Auch Strom und warmes Wasser wird hier selbst mittels
Sonnenkraft erzeugt.
During the conceptualisation of the five exclusive chalets in the
Zillertal valley, special attention was paid to minimisation. Round,
angular or oval forms as deliberate architectural accents,
constructed sustainably. All the materials utilised, such as the
stones used for the walls, the pines, spruces and larches, as well
as the sheep’s wool, were sourced locally. Even the electricity and
the warm water are generated with the help of the sun.

Natürliche Materialien wie edles Altholz, Loden und Stein
verleihen jedem der drei Luxus-Chalets einen ganz eigenen Stil.
Die Küchen sind bestens ausgestattet – von Tee und Kaffee bis hin
zu einem gefüllten Kühlschrank fürs erste Bio-Frühstück mit
selbstgemachter Marmelade, Honig, Holzofenbrot, Speck und
Bergkäse. Im Weinklimaschrank befindet sich eine feine Auswahl
österreichischer Weine und Biere.
Natural materials like fine scrap wood, loden cloth and stone give
each of the three luxury chalets their own unique style. The
kitchens are expertly furnished – from tea and coffee all the way
to a fridge filled with all the ingredients for an organic breakfast,
such as homemade jam, honey, traditional oven-baked bread,
bacon and mountain cheese. In the wine storage refrigerator,
visitors will find a fine selection of Austrian wines and beers.

Im Baustil ganz der Tradition im Salzburger Alpenraum verpflichtet, öffnen am 1. Dezember 2018 die
Chalets im Prechtlgut erstmals ihre Holztüren. „Wohnen wie damals mit dem Luxus von heute“ ist das
Motto in den 85 bis 150 m² großen Ferienhäusern, die mit Altholz, Naturstein und Lehmputz gefertigt
wurden, und in denen man von den engagierten Wagrainer Betreibern Carina und Manuel Aster
willkommen geheißen wird. Zum Luxus in den Prechtlgut Chalets zählen eine eigene Sauna-Dampf-kabine,
ein Ruheraum sowie ein Hot Tub auf der Terrasse. Für das gemütliche Ambiente sorgen edle
Zirbenmöbel, Loden und Leinen, gemütliche Kuschelecken und ein Diwan um den offenen Kamin.
With an architectural style in the tradition of the Salzburg alpine region, the new Prechtlgut chalets
are set to open their wooden doors for the first time on 1 December 2018. “Living like yesterday with
the luxury of today” is the motto of the 85 to 150 m² holiday homes built with mature timber, natural
stone and clay plaster, and in which you can count on a hearty welcome by the Wagrain native
managers Carina and Manuel Aster. Among the many luxuries in the Prechtlgut chalets are the private
sauna-steam cabin, a relaxation room, as well as a hot tub on the terrace. The cosy atmosphere is
additionally ensured by the brilliant arolla pine furniture, traditional loden cloth and linen, cosy
snuggling blankets and a divan around the open fireplace.
