Robert W. Nudelman was recently awarded a City of Los Angeles Citation for his more than twenty-five years’<br />

extensive experience in historic preservation and museum work. His term as president of <strong>Hollywood</strong> Heritage, Inc.<br />

recently expired and he is now its director for preservation issues. He was restoration project director for the<br />

<strong>Hollywood</strong> Heritage Museum, located in the 1895 California State Landmark Lasky-DeMille Barn and is currently<br />

director of project development for Debbie Reynolds’ <strong>Hollywood</strong> Motion Picture Museum, which will open in April<br />

2006. He is a recognized authority on compliance with historic preservation issues and has served on numerous<br />

committees affecting planning and development in <strong>Hollywood</strong>. He has guest lectured at UCLA Graduate School of<br />

Architecture and Planning and has been the lead advocate in dozens of preservation cases in <strong>Hollywood</strong> and environs,<br />

including the historic shell of the <strong>Hollywood</strong> Bowl, the Cinerama Dome, the El Capitan Theater, the Security<br />

Trust Bank Building, the Max Factor Building, and many others.<br />

W ANAMAKER<br />

Marc Wanamaker, a native Angelino, is a world authority on the motion picture industry and on Southern<br />

California. In 1971 he formed Bison Archives, an information and photographic archive that has repeatedly proven<br />

to be an invaluable source of material for feature films, documentaries, books, studios, museums, libraries, and<br />

historical societies. Marc has also participated in countless interviews on moving picture history and the people<br />

involved in it. e is co-author of <strong>Hollywood</strong> Haunted, A Ghostly Tour of Filmland (Angel City Press, 1994) and his<br />

photos are featured in worldwide media. He is a member of <strong>Hollywood</strong> Heritage and an exhibit advisor to the<br />

<strong>Hollywood</strong> Heritage Museum.<br />
