christian listov-Saabye, moe & Brødsgaard
Christian is a master of science in civil engineering and
has been with Moe & Brødsgaard A/S since 1983. He was
appointed CEO in 2002 and has been in charge of Moe &
Brødsgaard’s rapid growth, ensuring the company a solid
position in the top ten engineering consultancies in Denmark.
Since 2002 the turnover of Moe & Brødsgaard has more than
doubled and the profit more than tripled. The group has grown
from one office in Copenhagen to now five offices in Denmark
and also a subsidiary in Norway. In 2005 he was elected
chairman of the board of GEO, the Danish Geotechnical
Institute, after being vice chairman of the board of GEO since
2002. In 2007 he was elected chairman of the board of the
Danish Building Information Centre. In 2008 he was elected
executive member of DI, the Confederation of Danish Industry.
Jorge Unda malcorra, SeNeR
Jorge joined the Superior Engineering School of Bilbao,
University of the Basque Country in 1980. He has a PhD
in ‘computational analysis of the kinematic and dynamic
problems in planar mechanisms’.
charles mcBeath, Ramboll
Charles joined Ramboll in 1993 and was appointed partner
in 1998, director in 2000 and director with joint responsibility
for all structural and civil engineering groups in 2006. Charles
is Ramboll’s first UK managing director. He leads the drive
for quality across the UK business, strengthening their
multidisciplinary resources for their clients. He works to ensure
the UK operation optimises its position within the Ramboll global
network, contributing technical knowledge and sharing expertise
with clients on a local level. In this, he is keenly aware of the
mix of professional and personal qualities that characterise a
dynamic company which is enjoyable and rewarding to work in.
