flemming Pedersen, Ramboll
Flemming has a PhD in structural dynamics. He has been the
president and group CEO of Ramboll since 1992. Flemming
joined the company in 1976 and became a member of its
management team in 1983. As group CEO he has been
deeply engaged in all aspects of general management,
developing strategies and models for business leadership
and for acquisition and mergers of domestic and international
consulting companies. He has also developed Ramboll’s valuebased
concepts of holistic operation and holistic accounting.
He has been member of the FIDIC Executive Committee
(2004-2008), and since 2009 Flemming has been a member of
Danish Industry’s permanent committee on business policies.
Tushar Prabhu, Pell frischmann
Tushar is the development director and member of the main
board of Pell Frischmann, the largest family-owned consulting
engineering group in the UK with over 1,000 staff worldwide.
His responsibilities include corporate strategy development
and leadership of the UK, UAE and Indian management teams.
He was appointed to his current position in 2002, having
previously been director of operations in India. The focus of the
company is to maintain its 84-year tradition of serving highquality
clients in the UK while expanding its presence in the
Middle East and India. Tushar is a graduate of civil engineering
from the University of Cambridge and holds a Master’s degree
in city and regional planning from Harvard University. He is a
Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and a Fellow of the
Royal Geographical Society. His extensive experience covers
business and operations management, as well as consulting
expertise in property and infrastructure development projects.
Prior to joining Pell Frischmann, Tushar worked in the US with
the New York City Public Utility Service and the Electric Power
Research Institute.
