having earlier tonight." The redhead watched the tears start to stream down Cailins face. Acting
quickly, she pulled the brunette into a hug. "Don't cry," she says softly. "You are going to beat
this Cailin, and we are all going to do whatever we can, in any way we can, to make sure that
you do." Jess did her best to fight the tears that threatened to fall. She wanted to cry, scream,
even be angry at God. Someone like Cailin didn't deserve this, no one does. She fought all of
that to be strong for the brunette who,no doubt, needed all the strength from her family to face
this disease head on.
Cailin clung to Jess as if she was the only thing tethering her. After a few minutes, she pulled
away slightly. Jess quickly wiped away the brunette's tears. As she did so, their eyes locked onto
one another. Jess hesitated a minute before leaning in and placing a gentle, soft kiss on Cailin’s
lips. She was surprised when the brunette didn't pull away.
The first few kisses are slow, intimate but gradually became a little sloppy as they deepened.
Cailin put her hand to Jess's chest and pulled away. Not only did she need to breathe, but she was
concerned about the feelings that kissing Jess brought to the surface. Never had she ever been
kissed with such sweetness and tenderness. Jess's voice pulled her from her thoughts.
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that," Jess said, a little uncertain herself.
Cailin places her hand on the side of Jess's face softly. "Don't be sorry. You didn't do anything
that I wasn't already thinking about," she said as her cheeks blushed.
"I, I don't want you to feel like I'm pressuring you or taking advan…" Jess's words were cut short
by Cailins lips on hers.
As Cailin slowly pulled away she spoke.“I said you are not doing anything I haven’t already
been thinking about.”
“Cailin, I, I want this so much but…” Once again Jess was cut off by Cailin kissing her, this time
deeper than the others as she guided Jess down on the bed.
