Cailin stood up, pulling her phone from her pocket. "Well, I should probably call Jess and clear
this whole mess up, but B, if you ever want to talk…" Blaire stood up and hugged the brunette.
"I know you will be there if I need," she said with a smile. "Just like I'm here for you." Cailin
returned the smile before heading across the hall to the room her and Jess had been sharing.
Sitting down on the bed, she began to think about the night before and the intimacy she and Jess
shared. Just thinking of Jess's touch made her shiver. The sound of her cell ringing pulled her
from her thoughts. Looking down, she smiled. Jess was calling. Taking a deep breath, she
answered.
"Hey," Cailin says sweetly. "I was just about to call you." She smiled when she heard Jess
slightly laugh.
"I was just calling to check on you and to apologize for what I said before I left." Cailin listened
as Jess opened what she assumed was a beer.
"Are you drinking?" She didn't mean for it to sound harsh, but with Jess's history with alcohol
and drugs, she became concerned. When Jess didn't answer,Cailin spoke again. "Jess?" Finally
the redhead spoke.
"No ba, I mean Cailin. I haven't been drinking." Jess wasn't upset at Cailins question because she
understood the concern.
"Is that a beer I heard you open?"
"It was, but I haven't taken a drink," Jess replied.
"Jess, babe please don't drink, for me? Please?" Jess sighed.
"I won't drink, I'm actually dumping it down the drain as we speak, and honestly, I don't even
know why I bought them. I don't even like beer." This made Cailin laugh.
