The activ ity aims to make the children aware about the ancient values, scriptures and traditions of India,
J apan, S outh Korea ,Bulgaria and the importance of these cultures and also taking into consideration the
various greeting practices of the chosen countries and the role of these in present times for a better health
and well being.

MY CO UNT R Y MY P R I D E : S tudents will identify the religious practices followed in olden times
of the chosen countries viz. India, J apan , S outh K orea ,Bulgaria and also study the scientific
value behind them. They will make a report on how these practices are important to fight
COVID 19 at present. They will share the information on the school facebook page to create
awareness and further a survey in the form of a questionnaire will be floated through a Google
form.
I P R OMI S E : S tudents will study the ancient values and scriptures of the chosen country and
make posters giving messages/shlokas in S anskrit /Manyogana of J apan /Hangul of S outh
Korea/Cyrillic of Bulgaria in order to inculcate healthy habits and the values learnt through these
scriptures and how contribute their bit towards enhancing world health. These posters will be
shared on school facebook page and an appeal to parents and students will be made to share,
like and comment on the page so as to spread maximum awareness about the mission. They will
urge max. No. of people to join in this mission by taking their signatures. Information about this
campaign will be shared via S chool You tube channel.
: S tudents will collect information about the various greeting practices of
India, J apan , S outh Korea ,Bulgaria, and dress up in their traditional attire representing their
country and greet each other. Report of this activity along with appropriate photos will be posted
on school face book pag e.
