Guest lecture –An INCENTIVE to learn more

A Guest Lecture organized on the topic of – Art and Culture – FIFA …. Festival of Integrity Food
and Art , to reflect cross cultural identities appreciating art and culture of India , Nepal , Sri Lanka
and Bangladesh on 28 April 2020 at 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm via virtual platform Cisco Webex . The
purpose was to familiarise our students with the different art forms.

Ms. Rashmi Shivhare is not only a multi-faceted art personality but deeply associated with
propagation of art and culture in school education.She completed her B.F.A. & M.F.A. in Creative
Painting from Nagpur University.She also has to her credit Diploma in Art Education Nagpur.
She has participated in various exhibitions and art related activities like Dr. Bhausaheb Deshmukh
Art’s Academy, Amravati, 3 rd All India Art’s Exhibition, 8th All India Art Contest SCZC held in
Nagpur.She showcased her work in 9 th All India Art Contest, SCZCC, Nagpur and All India
Exhibition of Arts held in Amritsar, Punjab.Her exhibits found a proud corner in State Level Art’s
Competition, Mumbai.She has worked as a Commercial Artist in Picsel Communication India.

and VIII. We all were looking forward to get
ocean full of knowledge from one who has
been so closely associated with this topic.
We as a team were looking forward to this
great opportunity to our students to assist
them in their learning.
The students participated in the guest
lecture virtually wherein they got immense
knowledge about the various art forms of
painting and drawing from India and other
countries. The students indulged in group
discussions and one to onetalk to know
more about the various painting forms.
