IDS 2021-22 BHAVAN'S BHAGWANDAS PUROHIT VIDYA MANDIR, TRIMURTI NAGAR, NAGPUR, INDIA

International days and weeks are occasions to educate the public on issues of
concern, to mobilize political will and resources to address global problems, and
to celebrate and reinforce achievements of humanity.
On 24 October 2021, Bhaans B. P Vidya Mandir Trimurti Nagar celebrated
United Nations Day, to marks the anniversary of the day in 1945 when the UN
Charter entered into force. UN Day, celebrated every year, offers the
opportunity to amplify the common agenda across borders of all the countries
around the globe and reaffirm the purposes and principles of the UN Charter
that have guided the whole world for the past 76 years.
On this occasion our students
gathered information about the
lyrics and the meaning of the
National Songs of India, Indonesia,
Myanmar and Malaysia and created a
musical video album which was
uploaded on schools YouTube
channel. Students also gave
melodious and mesmerising
presentation in school assembly and
shared what they learned and
explored in this activity.
