HARVEST DELIGHT
The activity aimed to
familiarize various harvest
festivals like Makar
Sankranti of India,
Dashain of Nepal, Pongal
of Sri Lanka and Nabanno
of Bangladesh . Through
this activity the students
gained Technical ability
and developed good
organizational skills This
activity helped them to
come up with good ideas .
The activity was initiated
by conducting Briefing
sessions. This activity gave
the students a golden
opportunity to enhance
their knowledge about the
cuisines and key
ingredients used and
helped them to experience
a journey wherein they
developed awareness
about the relevance of
harvest festivals, harvest
delicacies , health benefits
of the dishes .
