in 2021. On the outskirts, prices are expected to go
up by 6.6 percent. In contrast, the situation for rents
looks completely relaxed: For new contracts with
regulation-free rents, increases of +0.8 percent (center,
outskirts) and +0.5 percent in rural communities
are to be expected.
