A Grade A office community completed as a precursor at 11 SKIES, Hong Kong's largest retailtainment<br />
new landmark in SKYCITY adjacent to the Hong Kong International Airport. The three buildings are<br />
designed for wealth management, wellness and medical services, and companies targeting Greater Bay<br />
Area market. To contrast with the dynamic facade design of the commercial block to be completed in the<br />
future, the facade lighting on the office floors is minimal, with only vertical slit lighting accents in a random<br />
arrangement. The entrance is made of stone and bronze-coloured metal. To emphasize the materiality of<br />
the stone gate, we used a low colour temperature to create a sense of dignity and elegance.
