An A-grade office building completed in the Kowloon West area, which is expected to become a new business<br />
hub. The facade of the 28-storey building is covered with shades that gradually change from vertical to<br />
horizontal at each level. The continuous uplight along to the shade also changes in brightness gradually in<br />
tandem with the geometry of the shade. The warm, organic lighting technique, which utilizes the shapes<br />
and colors of the architecture, shows off the architectural volume without being overbearing. It has<br />
succeeded in creating a new night scene as a landmark in Kowloon West.
