A creamy soup of liquefied squash<br />
with poblano peppers and corn<br />
kernels. The pumpkin flower is<br />
added during the last minutes<br />
of cooking, allowing it to retain<br />
some of its texture. It is served<br />
with panela cheese, fried tortilla<br />
strips and poblano chile rajas.<br />
