departure. We depart for London.
southaMpton / eMBarKation. We
arrive in London and transfer to
Southampton to we board our ship. This
evening is our first delicious dinner
aboard.
guernseY, channeL isLands. The
Channel Islands are exceptionally
picturesque and they also have a
fascinating history. We disembark at the
historic fortress of St. Peters Port. This is
a lovely town in which to stroll, and you
may want to visit Victor Hugo's house of
exile which is now a museum.
corK, ireLand. Today you will have a
chance to kiss the famous Blarney Stone,
and then stroll along Cork’s lively
pedestrian shopping street. Optional
tours will be offered to see some of
Ireland’s other remarkable landmarks, as
well as the wonderful green countryside
duBLin, ireLand. A full day to explore
the charms of Dublin, Ireland’s capital
city. Walk around the beautiful 18th
century Georgian Squares and houses,
the 12th century St. Patrick's Cathedral
and Leister House (the Irish parliament).
You could also visit a pub and sample the
local brew.
LiVerpooL. Not only is this fascinating
old English city famous for the Beatles
venues such as the Cavern Club, Penny
Lane and Strawberry Fields, but it also
boasts the finest collection of Victorian
mercantile architecture and monuments,
such that the waterfront is a designated
UNESCO World Heritage Site. Optionals
will be offered to see the stunning
countryside of North Wales.
gLasgoW, scotLand. There are
many attractions to see in and around this
great city, including the gothic Glasgow
Cathedral, Inverary Castle and the
cottage of the poet Robert Burns. An
optional tour will be offered to the glorious
highlands to see the mountains and
heather.

BeLfast, northern ireLand.
Northern Ireland’s capital is a beautiful
city of imposing Victorian architecture set
within picturesque hills. See the grand
City Hall, Opera House, the Stormont
Parliament Buildings and beautiful parks.
at sea. A welcome day of rest after the
past week of sight-seeing. Watch the
passing seascape, and of course the spa
is open for a hairdo or massage.
edinBurgh, scotLand. There is so
much to see in Scotland’s lovely capital.
You will want to visit Edinburgh Castle
which dominates the city, and climb to the
top for wonderful views. History comes
alive along Princes Street and the Royal
Mile, and the parks and gardens provide
a lovely setting in which to stroll.
inVerness, scotLand. The capital of
the Scottish Highlands is a most
interesting city in a picturesque locale.
You may choose to go and see the ruins
of the castles of Dunrobin and Urquhart,
or go shopping for tartans, knitwear,
tweeds and various crafts. The optional
tour to Loch Ness will show you the
Highland scenery and offer you a chance
to look for the Loch Ness Monster.
at sea. A final day to relax or enjoy the
activites on board our ship.
norMandY (Le haVre), france.
The beaches of Normandy are home to
many World War Two landmarks. You will
have an opportunity to visit them, or join
the optional tour to Paris.
London. We disembark in the morning
in Southampton and proceed to London
where we enjoy a panoramic sightseeing
tour. Highlights include Buckingham
Palace, Tower Bridge, Big Ben, the Tower
of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral, the
Canadian War Memorial and much more.
Our tour finishes at our centrally located
hotel where we will have some time at
leisure before dinner
hoMe. We transfer to the airport for our
flight back to Canada.
