personnel of 21 European countries,
labor relations are organized on three
levels: inside each subsidiary, the
traditional bargaining forum; in each
country for joint employer and employee
bodies to debate national issues; and
within the European Works Council,
a transnational body for consultation
and information on issues concerning
all employees.
