The “In Transit” data was excluded from the frequency calculations to highlight changes over time in the communication categories. For most of the categories, the data does not show significant trends over time. Although the change in frequency from week to week varied between positive and negative in many instances, three categories showed significant differences between the week 2 and the week 9 values (Figure 21). “Social” decreased by 52%, “Discussing Patient Care” more then doubled, and “Patient Interactive” more then tripled. 70 Other
