Aesthetic gift of Ms. Nino Turabelidze was unexpected to me, because our choreography is saturated
with stamped traditions, dogmas, schematics, learnt by heart drafts and rhythmic. And here everything
seen and felt thousand times was head over hills. I did not think anybody could from fragments, from
some mosaic kind pictures gather monolith collected with inside grandiosity. But that has already happened
in time and space – esoteric, magic, orthodox three-faced is braided in each-other and fascinated spectator
bears again from the first minutes, catharsis masters his smoggy soul – the grate ablution.
Theatre space pressing, its atomic energy, spreading felt-cloak serves inculcation of this fantastic
hand writing. As it seems, collective has rather far going aims. The beginning and the end of performance
is full of this mood. Performance presses time after time and turns into felt-cloak man standing on footthumbs,
the same sword, arises as a whole human icon of past and will run into zephyr as a cosmos ship.
We are children of heaven. The sun is my mother – say Georgians and accents of performance is soul
touching directed to nostalgia Georgian heaven. Musical phone starts with “LILEO”, with mystery of sun
beam coming from heaven, with triangle, with image of tall-slender oak, with chichilaki and man in feltcloak
standing on foot-thumbs, and by final – Svanian towels appear on screen, Caucasian mountains
always covered with snow, Pyramids. . . Again the felt-cloak man standing on foot-thumbs, which will
pierce each-other and we will get David star, that is the symbol of mankind mentality. Ours knew thousands
of years ago, that honeycomb of bee, humans gene and brain neurons are regular hexagonal shaped. As it
seems, “NABADIANS” did not think about that, but I am sure, that will not be difficult for graceful art
constructor Ms. Nino Turabelidze to get several slides. And again Ckorum circles, round dance again,
again circles with a man in felt-cloak, again circles with daggers. And again we underline impressive
details, standing on foot-thumbs.
Astronomical ninety minutes are off and spectators mind runs from Rustaveli Avenue to Washington
or London, to Eiffel towel or Chinese great wall to get there the tale truth as realized dream. No other
collective in Georgia can realize such mystery. “NABADI”, collected like an egg, exists in the world for
exactly this purpose. With the help of mutual insurance of tune, plastic and decoration is achieved
unprecedented aesthetical effect, it is impossible to attribute with narrow profile, because it is of planet
degree importance and with its atomic charge is sunk in mankind ideals serving for celebration of beauty
and grace.
