What do animals do in the winter for food, water and a home?<br />

Support and Guide<br />

Take responsibility for caring and feeding the animals in our class.<br />

How can we get food to the animals outside (birds, squirrels)?<br />

Observe and draw our class pets.<br />

Weigh, feed and measure them.<br />

Ask the children to predict who weighs more, etc. Solicit ideas for solving this problem.<br />
