Not Engaged - The Hot Lock Out<br />
Bonnet is not engaged. The valve<br />
can be opened and closed as in the<br />
case of a normal bonnet assembly.<br />
HOT<br />
Engaged - The Hot Lock Out<br />
Bonnet function is engaged. The<br />
valve can be closed but not opened.<br />
SANITATION/STERILIZATION<br />
Manual Override - The disengagement<br />
of the Hot Lock Out<br />
Bonnet is accomplished by depressing<br />
the “Hot” button. This allows<br />
the valve to be opened as long as<br />
the hot button is depressed. When<br />
the button is released, the lock out<br />
feature is once again engaged.<br />
