I consider myself a creative leader. PLANS AND OBJECTIVES FOR FUTURE CAREER Having worked in a variety of industries, from SMEs to large Multinational, I am well equipped to adapt to any environment. I was an integral part of two start-up process in my working career. Fully aware of the hard work and commitment required, not only starting a business, but bringing in results on time and to schedule. I would like to join an organisation which has ambitions and challenges, where the contributions and abilities of staff are fully utilised and challenged. For the past nine months the Business Innovation Programme has given me great insight into the thinking and strategies used by successful companies and the project in my host company is also proving beneficial helping plan a launching strategy of their new HR product onto the market, via cloud technology. PERSONAL INTERESTS I am very much a community person, and like to contribute to my area. I currently am treasurer of two local sports clubs and have held these roles for several years, and held similar roles in work social clubs. I assisted with the Special Olympics in 2003 (10 days), one of the most rewarding times I have experienced.
